Organic SEO or PPC? which should I choose?


Pay Per Click through Google Adwords is one of the fastest methods to get your web site found and get new customers it can generate traffic right away so even the newest website can get those important initial customers.

Whilst many marketing companies offer PPC management (ours included) PPC doesn't require internet marketing skill or knowledge it just requires you to learn the system, control your daily spend and bids, most of our own PPC clients simply don't have the time to manage their own adwords account so use us as a management company.

However, for some businesses PPC simply doesn't work, you get the impressions, you get the clicks, but the costs simply don't justify the amount of work you receive, this is when you look at organic SEO

Organic SEO

Organic SEO is more suited to local businesses looking for local work, organic SEO does require internet marketing skill and knowledge which is why many companies only offer PPC and with try to convince you that PPC is king and Organic SEO in dead...

This simply isn't the case; organic SEO is thriving and if done properly can be very cost effective because you are not paying per click and once you reach top 5 on Google you usually stay up there for a while.

So which is best for me?

To find out which is best for you choose a marketing company that offers both and let them do an analysis of your website, your niche and your competition.

Organic SEO should always be bespoke. No legitimate marketing company should be able to offer a fixed price Organic Marketing service as each niche is different and different keywords have a different amount of competition and monthly searches.

Finally; a good marketing company will never tie you into a 6 or 12 month contract, both services should be PAYG.
