Pay Per Click through Google Adwords is one of the fastest methods to get your web site found and get new customers it can generate traffic right away so even the newest website can get those important initial customers.

Organic SEO should always be bespoke. No legitimate marketing company should be able to offer a fixed price Organic Marketing service as each niche is different and different keywords have a different amount of competition and monthly searches.
Finally; a good marketing company will never tie you into a 6 or 12 month contract, both services should be PAYG.
